      Great experience to learn different jobs of a hotel (profit and loss, budget, HR, departments, etc), every day is new and challenging.

      Cons

      Hard to have a work-life ballance. Turnover rate is high

      1$ raise every year. funny guests. Free stays at hotels sometimes.

      Cons

      Favoritism. My hours were cut to bits for no reason. I had to work every holiday because i didnt have kids lol
