      Amazing team members Hires new grads Lots to learn

      Cons

      The new CEO and administration supports a 1:7 patient ratio. Nurses and CNAs are burnt out as we run around like chickens with our heads cut off. We have complained to management and feel unheard because "there is nothing that they can do " as it is an admin decision.

      Pros

      The Leadership team truly cares about their patients and their staff, with safety being a top priority. It is a very positive environment where opinions matter and suggestions on how to make things better or more efficient are taken very seriously. They actually listen!!
