I’ve started my nursing career at Spring Valley and have thoroughly enjoyed working here! The culture, staff and management on 2W are wonderful. Everyone is willing to help one another and creates a good work environment and also make it so our patients are getting the best care possible.
Cons
Transport not always available which pulls RNs and CNAs away from the unit.
