Pros
Charge nurses are amazing. Very supportive but always too busy doing audits.
Cons
Lots of finger pointing instead of working together to solve problems. Patient care areas need more support. Leadership is pretentious and views employees as expendable. Rarely see the c-suite talking with employees on the units and if they do it’s just to point out what is wrong.
