Great residents, currently scheduling is flexible due to the fact that they need to use staff as much as possible to offset agency. You will be expected to fill in the gaps by doing extra work to make up for the lack of positions filled in other roles and also the lack of trained staff.
Cons
No tracking of vacation hours you have earned, and no system in place that can easily check your hours worked, sick, and vacation accrual. There for you have to trust what ever number they tell you.
