Great people, good location, and they give you a lot of training. Good place to start in the business, before moving on to better opportunities.
Cons
Comp plan is way below what other dealerships pay. They are always competing with bigger dealerships around them, and have to discount their cars to get sales. The "mini" is only $100, and no "back end" pay. The only way to make good money is by selling volume to hit the bonuses, but you need to sell at least 20+ cars every month to make real money, and only a hand full of the sales team makes that.
