Pros

The campus is beautiful. NCL Venture Center is green, clean, and calming. Plenty of open space to walk around, which is a rare upside. At first, things may seem okay on the surface — but the initial calm doesn’t last too long.

Cons

No formal onboarding process; you're left to figure everything out the expectations of the company yourself. No clear leave policy. Even valid sick days are met with resistance, and time off is made to feel like a burden. You're expected to work weekends and holidays without any additional support or recognition. Staying well past office hours (after 7 p.m.) is normalized and silently expected, with no consideration for work-life balance. A culture of favoritism — those close to the CEO receive special treatment, while others are left to navigate unclear expectations. Personal boundaries are repeatedly crossed. The CEO frequently organizes weekend lunches with select employees, where invasive personal questions are asked. These details are then brought up later in one-on-ones in a manipulative, unsettling way. The work culture is psychologically unsafe, performative, and rooted in fear, not collaboration.

Pros

Good people and a very helpful nature overall, some people here help you like a family member. Honestly, one of the best companies I have worked with. Everyone is open to ideas and discussions. The company has a strong vision, and all the founders are very down to earth and easily reachable. We can freely share our ideas with them. They always talk about both professional and personal growth of employees, which is really rare. My journey with Sprih has been very enjoyable. The CEO balances professional and personal relationships really well. Whenever possible, he always tries to be part of the sad and happy moments of employees. When it comes to professional life, he is strict and keeps all employees on the same level. But when it comes to personal well-being, he supports like a brother. As part of the engineering team, I am very happy working under Ravi. He is calm, supportive and always focuses on employees personal growth.

Pros

If you like working like founders without having benefits of it, then this is the perfect place for you: Hustle culture, fast paced work, stretching over weekends to get things done. This is not a 9 - 5 job.

Cons

Sprih ticks all boxes of Lala Checklist: No respect for employees personal time, expect company involvement on weekends. No structured onboarding or training. You are working immediately after joining. Nepotism being normalised (Looking at you IITGN) “We are family” rhetoric used to justify poor boundaries or unpaid work. Work communicated through WhatsApp groups instead of formal channels. You're constantly worried that "Lala Ji" is watching you. Expectation of 24/7 availability. Employees are subtly judged for leaving on time Tasks can be assigned in the evening, and you are asked about completion the next morning Requests for higher salaries are usually deflected with morale lectures about prioritizing “learning” over compensation
