Sprig's platform is truly innovative and melds the world of user research with AI analysis. As with all evolving startups, developing the products Sprig offers is a bumpy journey, but the progress is always inspiring, and the teams there are passionate about the product. Team members are a pleasure to work with and very collaborative in getting the job done.
Cons
I always thought that CEOs and great leadership skills went hand-in-hand. At Sprig, I learned that is not the case. Apart from micro-management tactics, the CEO significantly lacks empathy for the employees who deliver the work that builds that platform further. He often has tunnel vision and is very reactive to situations instead of proactively identifying shortfalls and working collaboratively toward solutions.
