Pros
Some people were very nice to work with, but most people were hard to get through to as they were all pretty guarded.
Cons
About the guarded part - people would only say how wonderful Spreemo was because they may have been scared of being overheard by a manager for saying anything otherwise and being reprimanded. Which, as we all agree, is insane. The management was also, ALLEGEDLY, very incompetent and ended up costing the company many many things of currency because they ALLEGEDLY focused more on being awesome and buying everyone out with snacks than actually developing a working infrastructure to the company to run on. Rookie mistake for a start-up and one that honestly happens to most. The company ended up being sold to a competitor. People upon leaving were all made to sign a piece of paper agreeing to not speak ill of the company. So every review on here where people are voicing their honest concerns are brave souls who may or may not have anything legally to lose. Anything positive on here is either from a manager, as a few other reviews say. or from the fact that the company, at one early point while it was still growing, made all of their employees go online and give positive reviews as a work task during business hours. So knowing this, take everything you read with a grain of salt. And also, you didn't hear any of this from me.
