Most of the time work is dumped on you when it is time to log out. 3. Workload is disproportionate to the pay you get. 4. Work politics and discrimination. No career growth unless you are a workaholic. 5. Most managers create a fuss on giving you the leaves you deserve. 6. Your off on Saturday's are never guaranteed. 7. Managers end up saying if you want to grow in the organization you got to stretch and you got to work even during the weekends...your personal time is never valued here. 8.
