      Members of the Design team were very supportive and always tried to help as best as they could

      Cons

      Extremely poor management, no clear directions on tasks, condescending answers from superiors. Easily letting go of people without giving them much feedback and with no previous warnings.

      - poor management: they can not agree among themselves - no top-down communication to see the goals - overload that brings overtime, sometimes without a reason
