Sadly there aren't many pros to working at Spotco anymore. It used to be this great company full of vision and creativity, but it's bubbling down to a place that only cares about numbers; so much so that they're constantly doing big layoffs. Every month they have been laying off groups of people. Either that, or many are leaving in fear that they are at risk too. Spotco has turned into a hungry and moody money machine, and leaving ALL employees in fear.

Too many to list. While they continue to search for their identity and issue layoffs, avoid applying there. If they continue the route that they're going, there won't be a Spotco within a few short years. Some key cons: - No room for growth - No proper leadership in place - Cliquish - Consistent layoffs and turnover rate
