Pros
Some of the best reasons to work in SFS as a crew member in construction are you get to use machines such as bunker rakes, tractors, skid-steers, plate compactors, sod cutters, compact tillers, forklifts, utility vehicles.
You learn how to place the bases, the home plates, and pitcher rubbers of the softball and baseball fields.
You learn how to lay grass after we use the sod cutters.
You learn how to operate all the machines, it takes time to get use to it.
Cons
The downsides of working in SFS as a crew member in construction are you don’t get to use the machines because of the foremen, instead they want their construction crews stay always on the same position they are and not getting more paid than them.
Doesn’t have good coordination to lead the construction crews and the foremen.
Don’t want to raise you more than you are, and other construction crews get more paid than others, even some do more stuff than others while some other crew members are not doing what the supposed to be doing.
