I've worked for the company for 8 years, over the 8 years in the business I have progressed from a casual sales assistant to a store manager. In the 8 year I have worked for the business I have worked in France, Belgium, Holland, Iceland, Austria and many other stores in the uk what other retailer gives you this opportunity. My recent time in Austria I had the opportunity to meet our CEO, he spent time talking to me about the job I was doing but most importantly he spent time asking me about what I do and where do I see my self going. With the guidance of my regional manager and other managers above me I have now settled as a manager and work hard with my team to produce results and enjoy coaching, developing and motivating my staff below me.... Last year I was rewarded with a 15k per person ski trip to Mike Ashley's ski house in Switzerland a paid week to ski and enjoy some good food what else could you ask for. Ive also a few years ago been reward with Center court tickets to Wimbledon to watch the tennis
