Pros
-Good Pay -Good Positive Atmosphere - music is played often and the employees usually have good attitudes. -Breaks are evenly spaced throughout the work day. -Water bottle refill fountains are available on the production floor.
Cons
-Vulgar language is common in many of the employees. -Bad communication between temps and higher-ups. If you are a temp - you most likely will get ignored, even if you are being injured from a task. -They do not rotate assembly positions often enough. This is VERY BAD in assembly-line work as it causes injury from repetitive motions. If they like you, you will spend a week minimum in the same position. If they don't like you, then it is a month. - Inflexibility in Scheduling - They give you no choice but to quit. I spent a month asking to be moved. By the time they moved me it was too late. I already had nerve damage due to the lack of job-rotation.
