      Pros

      Benefit's and flexi working are great

      Cons

      Takes far far too long to make a decision on anything. It harms our reputation, we cannot be relied upon, it's embarrassing for staff to have to fend questions from partners all the time and has impacts on their mental health. There has to be an easier way!

      The people, the cause, the desire you're doing something for a greater good

      Cons

      Lots of talking about stuff, lots of meetings, not a lot of investment going out the door, certainly not easily accessible investment to those who really need it the most
