Pros
In the Tennessee Area the owners truly care about you and you are not just a number like at some other "chain" salons. Exciting sports concept that guys love (they tip much better too). Very comfortable work attire but it is a uniform so not sloppy. Lots of management training with some owners so stylists are not stuck with a manager that doesn't know what she is doing. TEAM is important to this company so you are not just slammed into a station and left on your own
Cons
this is NOT a place for "newbies". You should already have a very firm set of skills in haircutting before applying here. They can help you learn better techniques and skills and they have 11 separate classes to help you with a new technique, retail sales, communication but this will not train someone who doesn't have a clue how to cut hair.
