      Pros

      Tech team are knowledgeable and good to work with Had team meet up which was good

      Cons

      Repeated promises about extra bonus payments just to get staff to work harder and then never paid. Most of the staff are unhappy and want to leave or have already left. Lots of micro-management from the top meaning developers never get to design a solution.

      Development process is awful, decisions dictated from cto who does not know what he's talking about Not had final pay check over a year after leaving

      People are nice and friendly Sports industry is enjoyable to work in

      Cons

      Lack of trust of management - too many broken promises No work life balance - always getting called on holiday for things Sales staff selling products that haven't been built adds to the pressure of development
