Good for freshers as a learner, no boundations, Keep absorbing as much you can grasp. If you have dominating nature, you can become teamlead.
Cons
Very Less Salary. Top Seniors have lack of knowledge. Very poor infrastructure. No Processes implemented which made things tougher in the next job in MNC.
