office staff have no care for you, you are a number on their system and not a name. good job to have on the side, thats if you are ok with feeling like less than a human.

Should you experience any issues on your jobs, we actively encourage our staff to give us feedback either anonymously online, by email or in person after each Event- we can then help to resolve any problems and ensure other staff don’t have the same experience!

Compared to over similar realities in London Splendid is above avarage. They respect their employees very much and are quite efficient in booking people up and move them around.
Most client are nice.
Splendid pays for most of their client London living wage.
