I did a total of 4 shifts with Splendid before I couldn't stand it any more. We were shouted at, spoken to awfully, given no say in what we were doing and managed by people who had not been there much longer than ourselves - simply because they were the longest people working there as their turnover is so high.
If you think this is a good area of work for you I would look anywhere BUT Splendid. That is, unless you want to be screamed at by chefs, work unsociable hours, and spend stupid money travelling to places you have to work 3 hours to make up for.
