Pros
Junior employees are full of talent and good at their jobs. They support each other when leadership gets hostile or irrational. You get exposure to cool fashion retail clients and other creatives, which is a good networking opportunity for when you're looking for your next job.
Cons
There's extremely high turn-over, and it's for a good reason. Employees are given little-to-no training then are often lambasted by upper management when the job is not done exactly how they want it done. Upper management is unpredictable, unprofessional, and ethically questionable toward its employees, and they successfully hide this from clients. Priorities change in a nano-second without any logical reason.
