- Great work attitude - Blunt and to the point (serious about business - they do not waste time) - Amazing processes on the paid media side - thorough thought for the partnership model between organic and paid media - very responsive / good hour structure - Very communicative and detail-oriented

- team is small -- not necessarily a con this actually works as a positive in most cases. They are very close to the management of their clients.
