- Fun, light hearted and down-to-earth culture - For the most part the leadership team is transparent and honest with their employees
Cons
- Leadership team is undisciplined, extremely unprofessional, and aimless - One specific employee carries the entire company - The most unorganized company I've ever worked for. If someone leaves it's a complete crisis. - Work/life balance is terrible.
