Pros

I just completed my first 60 days at Spinnaker Support, and it’s been a genuinely positive experience. The team is supportive and easy to work with, which made settling in feel natural from day one. The onboarding stands out as extensive, well structured, and thoughtfully designed, so you’re not left figuring things out on your own. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, and leadership has been transparent about where the company is headed. I’ve had the opportunity to contribute early and help shape parts of the Customer Success function. I’ve also been fortunate to have a fantastic manager who is supportive, accessible, and strikes the right balance between guidance and trust. Attending the Sales Kickoff was another highlight, I was impressed by the clarity of the roadmap and the direction company is headed This truely feels like a place where you’re trusted to take ownership, encouraged to share ideas, and given the space to make an impact.

Pros

The team is amazing. Everyone make you feel included and a part of the team. Recruitment and onboarding was amazing, fast and straightforward. My manager is great, and even high leadership considers your inputs.

Pros

I love that approvals to come up with a proposal for customer is quick and easy. Contents are all stored and published internally, you just need to find it. I especially love the quality of service that we offer.

Cons

My customers require vendor accreditation, this is quite challenging. Also, some approvers or support are in a different time zone, but it is workable. During my first month, it was quite challenging because there was no Buddy who can help me, but I have adapted now and Barbara was a big help. The allowance for WFH cost like mobile phone, internet, power, could use a bit of increase.
