The people and the culture. Awesome, hard working, caring people. Pay is good, and the health insurance is darn near 100% covered by the company.

From my perspective, there have been no cons.

Pay is good, non salary employees very nice and helpful.

If your are a female , be prepared to prove your abilities above and beyond expectations. There is a fine line , be aware, touching male egos is like cutting your own throat . Unemployment.ohio.gov. Beware ladies.! If you know what you are doing - act like you dont.! Prorated vacation time from day one - but cant use it ! Lol ! There are no qaurterly or annual raises. I did hear of pay decreases. !!!!
