10yFirst, apologies for our tardy reply. Thank you for your feedback. You're right about SpinFusion employees, they are wonderful and we appreciate everyone here and their hard work and dedication! In regards to the cons, we are sorry you feel this way. We are very up-front with candidates interviewing for this position about the weekend aspect of the role. In fact, evening and weekend work restrictions is brought up in the very first interview and the 'weekend work' of checking the ticket queue from home a few times a day (when you're on that shift) is outlined. We are sorry if it wasn't addressed in enough detail. We also apologize if you didn't feel you received the support you personally needed in regards to training. This position is very technical and the training is intensive and at times, quite challenging. We don't expect candidates in training to know everything right away (after all, how could they?), but we do expect progress in the training.
