      - Friendly environment, cool people to hang out with and have a drink; - Lots of freedom regarding how you do your work and spend your time.

      Cons

      - Really low salary; - The owners are the managers, and they do not have technical background to know whatever they ask their employees to do. Further, they have no management expertise; - There is no organization at all, nobody knows what is already done and what is not, nor what anyone is doing; - Professional and personal relationships are all mixed up.
