Pros
-Great location for the offices, well thought out design for workspaces -Company reputation attracts good people - talent level on most teams is high and people are eager to collaborate when approached -Strong emphasis from HR on building a career, giving opportunities to progress
Cons
-Still a relatively young company figuring out best practices and processes for the scale it has achieved in a short time. This can create a lot of unnecessary work and time wasting. -Replacing departing team members seems to take forever, overloading those who remain - arbitrary hiring freezes in response to low earnings exacerbate this -Focus from execs based on actions still appears to be very short term, not in line with stated long term plans
