Pros

pretty much nothing, you will not grow here without sucking up to your manager and all managers. The lunch is ok, but crappy food anyways, it costs 50eur per month, and you can eat as much as you want. Foreigners please beware this company, this seriously should be investigated by journalists because it is close to surreal.

Cons

everything. This company its not normal, it is actually great for the first 3 months, then it turns as a living hell. People get fired for no reason and/or if you dont want to leave the company, they will give you the most brain damaging, stupid and boring things to do. Just look at the amount of people joining and leaving the company, its almost daily! thats not healthy or good for a company! that tells you that people are treated like crap, not respected and used like toilet paper. Beware the recruiters, they will bluntly lie in your face and promise you things they cannot commit or give you. FOREIGNERS PLEASE BEWARE! They will get you to NL, with a salary you think its good, well life here is expensive and unless you are a VP or Director (earning 11k and 8k respectively) you will be leave with a crappy salary, 50% eaten by taxes, and extremely expensive transportation and housing costs, the places Spil arranges for you are extremely crap, in the middle of nowhere, crappy little villages etc etc

Pros

Very laid back, everything is done really slow (this is a pro for foreign people if you want to retire) Great location just outside of Amsterdam Good support for foreigners

Cons

Zero games knowledge. People are not passionate about games Reputation of cloning, building uninspired games, based on "proven concepts". End result is always a compromise. Failing is never ok. Taking risks is never ok. Sitting in meetings 8 hours per day is. Extreme politics are a daily chore. 10,000 people companies don't have this much politics.
