      - Company 100% contribution health insurance - 6% 401K contribution - Education assistance programs for professional growth - Free lunch everyday except Fridays – good variety too - Many young adults - Half days on Fridays

      There is not much diversity among the employees. No work from home option.

      Pros

      It is a great company to get started in the e-commerce industry. The work life balance isn’t bad since there are half days every Friday. Community is friendly and people actually eat lunch together. You can easily get assimilated when you are new. People are supportive and open to help.

      Cons

      You get PTO days and more PSL days after 90 days of working.
