Employees care and work hard

Management is extremely top-heavy and consistently ignores constructive feedback while refusing to address obvious problems. Leadership appears disengaged and more focused on personal convenience than improving the company or supporting employees. There is a lack of transparency in communication with the European parent company. The organization has far too many managers and not nearly enough frontline staff, resulting in poor morale, inefficiency, and a dysfunctional work environment. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The work environment feels like a roller coaster — unpredictable, reactive, and rarely stable. Employees at the ground level work well together and support one another, but their efforts receive little to no recognition. Hard work is routinely overlooked when it comes to raises or advancement, and promises made by leadership often go unfulfilled.
