Pros
No one knows what they are doing, so you don't have much to do either. All the efforts are focused on the tech and design team as that is their core business. The management is so involved in your well-being that they micromanage everything by taking screenshots of your personal laptop while you are working. (Privacy is overrated anyway) The management forces you to install software that tracks everything you do on your laptop. If your cursor stops moving for over 5 mins, you get logged out of work and need to clock in again. You better clock in 8hours into your workday without bathroom breaks, because, productivity right? (Even though there's not much to do, and you don't get paid if the software doesn't clock in 8hrs a day) Saturdays are working! (Yay, more time to do nothing, while questioning all your life decisions for actually ending up in this job) The management says "This is a startup, you can do so much for the company" then doesn't provide any support in terms of manpower or budgets. The CEO forces everyone to always turn on their camera while on call with him so he can "Connect" with the employees and since he is the CEO (Because, what is harassment anyway?) The HR always says, "Hey, I understand, I care about you" because they truly do
Cons
Everything that led me to type out those very sarcastic pros :) Oh and, if you need any other reason to not work here, they don't have any employee benefits such as PF or health insurance. (Surprisingly, this is the least bad thing about this company)
