The wages are really good compared with industry standards. They provide lunch and benefits (nothing exceptional though)
Cons
You won't have time to spend that money, because you will give your freedom to live for the company, and the company doesn't care for your life balance or health. It was great a few years ago, but they keep changing policies and our lives are now miserable, everybody is very unhappy, but they stay because of the pay. Is like living in a golden cage. It seems they want people to leave without doing layoffs The organization is awful, all the management has been changed 3 times in 2 years. Employees are numbers
