The folks who aren’t in leadership are nice enough. Free lunch in Burbank. That’s literally it.

Where do I begin? Management is so busy micro-managing you and threatening to fire you from your job that it’s hard to get actual, meaningful work done. Employees are butts in seats and not carefully chosen parts of a team. I watched multiple layoffs happen in under a month because of poor planning; there was no remorse. There is a serious lack of diversity…diversity of identities and of thought. I heard the CEO is scary, miserable to be around, and doesn’t hesitate to yell at people. Other leaders obviously lead by his example and don’t hesitate to talk down to their reports. These people want this job to be 100% of your life and for you to have no opinion or feedback about that. Not worth it.
