The most toxic management I’ve ever worked with (Director and up). Literally 0 idea how to do any of the things they’re asking the staff to do, and end up putting all the responsibility on the workers and project managers, and if it goes awry, all of the blame. The fact that anything is on it right now is thanks to the tireless hard work of the individuals who cared enough to get stuff done, often in opposition to their management. I would steer clear of this place.
