Pros
I genuinely cannot think of a single pro for this company. From their culture to their benefits, their wages to their impact, it all leaves much to be desired.
Cons
It is a cesspool of corporate corruption. Departments have their own policies that don’t reflect the companies policies; you’ll never be able to get these in writing though. Upper management colludes and actively works against their employees. The salary expectations are laughable. The benefits package is laughable.
