Cons
no breaks, too much to do in one shift, frequently alone on second shift, customers are rude and entitled, lazy management that will set you up to fire you later, racism is rampant, and management's all besties so you can't speak up ever. Far too many things were left completely overlooked while busting my butt for a company that let me go by making up a completely ridiculous excuse. No proof whatsoever, but oh no, we "totally have proof that you did this" and it's absurd the amount of work they want you to get done in an 8 hour shift when you're a high volume store. No appreciation, no thank yous, no compassion at all. Frequently worked well over 40 hours and then to be told you're worthless in group texts and told "don't call me for s***" when management leaves. Do not work here. You WILL regret it.
