Pros
Flexible scheduling- they are willing to work with you if you are in school, need a vacation day, have another job, etc. If you want to work a certain shift, you're more than likely to get those hours. Enthustiac Manager- they make the work place fun and exciting Nice customers- the regulars come in and make you laugh and smile. Some even tip you. Hard to get fired- Normal reasons for termination such as repeatedly calling off, etc. don't seem to have much of an impact on your work record. Steal Speedy Points or coupons though and you're gone. Good benefits- Full time and part time employees are eligible for health care benefits and tuition reimbursement. Speedy Rewards- Points add up fast and you'll get to redeem for free items.
Cons
No traditional BREAKS! Unlike other employers you are required to work long shifts with only occasional 3-4 minute smoke breaks. No area for employees to sit down or rest when tired. Rude Customers- Just like more cust. serv. positions, you'll get a lot of rude customers. Low pay- Start at minimum wage
