Pros
It is a paying job, but not much. I was thanked for working every day, which was very nice.
Cons
Too many tasks to complete correctly, too many workers that don't actually work or complete tasking, you must basically be "on-call" to get hours over 17-20 per week, some of the managers are clueless, due to the "on-call" type hours this job becomes all consuming....hours are not scheduled but every day off you get called in, part-time employees are used to avoid over time for full-time workers / call-ins / scheduling flaws / holidays (mostly not paid holidays). Workers are expected to do "management" jobs such as inventory, truck delivery, working a double because someone called in. It is not worth the pay....absolutely a teenager job, someone who needs spending money and has no other responsibilities or bills. BTW a "full-time" position is the big carrot that gets dangled each time there is extra tasking or hours added on.
