General Manager - General Manager Speedway Employee Review

Constant stress with impressing the company, work load vs pay, work life balance is impossible, emails everyday basically saying we don't do enough, ridiculous monthly goals that we are badgered about daily, work your butt off 50+ hours a week all month and have a man or woman walk in your store with a iPad and pretty much tell you that you and your team are not good enough according to speedway standards. Its no longer customer focused. Never enough total hours to have store perfect like they want, company expects too much with little resources to do so.
