      Pros

      It's a job. Well, the pay is ok if you can make bonus each month. The benefits are good. At least being a co manager, you punch a clock.

      Cons

      Long hours. On your feet 10 hours a day- minus a quick sit down break or two when you can. Poor work-home balance. You work every weekend-period.

      Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

      Cons

      Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
