You're encouraged to bring new ideas and questions to the table, and everyone's perspective really does feel valued. The leadership team celebrates wins, gives positive feedback, and pushes you to keep learning.

None! Working at an agency is always fast-paced and a great environment if you're good at multitasking, but there is a strong team to lean on and make it feel easy.

The designer and creative director is the saving grace of that operation. He has been there since the beginning an is the only positive aspect of this operation.

Incompetent leadership. Terrible culture. The owner is self righteous and a terrible leader.
