Pros

Decent Lunch Room and Locker Rooms, coworkers are good to each other because the work is hard and they need to work together to get the job done.

Cons

The pay isn’t worth your integrity, the management team is unethical so they don’t get into trouble. Management is overbearing, micromanaging, and somewhat narcissistic to employees. They will level off any accountability onto others to keep their jobs. Unpredictable end of day, driven to work fast when the line speed is turned up to avoid hourly payout for employees.

Pros

Decent money, good insurance, friendly co-workers

Cons

They will say anything to get you through the door, won’t keep their promises, the hours are not what they say they are, you have to pester your management team to learn anything new, breaks aren’t very long and there is no third break if you have to work 10 or more hours. If you’re on harvesting side there is little chance of a bathroom break if you need it or getting done by 3:30pm which is when you’re told your done for the day in the interview. Processing side is better about bathroom breaks but is much more strict. You can get in trouble for being less than a minute late to the floor after breaks. They’ll run the line with out you even with no one to cover your position. It is so cold that you should be allowed to were a coat but you are not allowed to wear anything with a zipper or hood. There is a lot wrong with this place and because of that the turn over rate is incredibly high.
