We would encourage you to raise any concerns to your line manager/ senior management so that they can be addressed as necessary, and we can work towards creating a better work environment for our teams.
We aim to ensure our employees have a positive experience in the workplace and are keen to address any issues which are brought to our attention.
In relation to the company perks we provide a strong package including subsided private health insurance, paid maternity, paternity & adoptive leave, increasing annual leave for each year of service, CPD supports, an employee assistance programme and more.
We have recently engaged in a remuneration model review which has resulted in increased base salaries along with a high commission rate. We are always willing to engage with our teams if they wish to reduce or review their working hours.
