Nice and friendly people to work with, central location, free lunch once a month
Cons
No flexibility, & salary is bad. They demand too much but to do not pay accordingly. No culture code at all, bad management and small thinking.

Thank you for your review - we are sorry to hear of some of the concerns you have raised. We have recently completed a remuneration model review which has resulted in higher base salaries along with commission for our teams. We are happy to engage with our teams in regards to their schedules and will accommodate flexible working where possible. I worked with Spectrum for just over a year, as a new graduate physio.
From day 1 I received regular clinical lead support, peered reviews, shadowing experience and in-service training opportunities which was invaluable for me.
Initially, the company offered great flexibility to suit my personal endeavour to work in sport. They also provided me with great incentives and benefits to undertake CPD to develop my skillset in MSK practice.
Spectrum place a big emphasis on providing an open and transparent culture where you can lean on senior physiotherapists for advice on complex patient management.
I worked in a very busy clinic which gave me the opportunity to a see a range of conditions. This has allowed me to develop professionally to become a more knowledgable and well rounded physiotherapist today.
Cons
High case load was initially overwhelming.
Felt socially isolated in clinic at times.
