For almost two solid years I would cry on my way in to work. It's that bad and it's not even the customers it's the management & the supervisors. The metrics aren't just for sales jobs. They have metrics for Billing Reps, & Retention Reps. The metrics are inhumane, abusive & do not promote good customer service. Those metrics do not allow any employee to give the kind of customer service that people deserve! This company is extremely anti-union, hence, employees NEED TO UNIONIZE! Working there was like being in an abusive relationship. No matter what you did it was never good enough. You'd get a pat on the back & in the very same conversation you'd get a slap in the face. Also, if you go to the bathroom outside of your 30 minute lunch & two 15 minute breaks that is marked against you. Then, you are reprimanded in your weekly coaching meeting with your supervisor which turns into a threat of disciplinary action & write-up.
The only saving grace, & the thing that gets you through that warzone, are your fellow reps.
I believe Spectrum pushes the envelope with labor laws which would make sense because a suit for unfair labor practices was just settled.
RUN & DON'T LOOK BACK!!
