      Always something new everyday, working outside, learning a little more intricately of how equipment performs in different situations.

      Cons

      Favoritism, no communication within and out of departments, barely cost of living raises, old fleet of work trucks that break down.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Overall they treat everyone with respect and there is a good work/life balance and everyone seems proud to work there. A ton of people have been working there for 20+ years.

      Cons

      None really, we were treated decently.
