Great business products, great presense in the city, well known name, solid support structure for business customers. Great comp plan, and open door management style.
Cons
Mired in process hell, adding steps for reporting and accountability to the detriment of potential customer expectations. Management may be too quick to say "No" before hearing all details about potential business.
