Was once a great place to work, now one of the worst - Sales Advisor Spectrum Employee Review

Utter lack of respect for the people who actually bring in the revenue for the company. After six years of high payouts for high performance we are now being given impossible goals to meet. I have based my standard of living on the pay which I am accustomed to receiving. Now that the rug has been pulled from underneath us I don't know how I'm going to pay my bills.
